Freshmen at TVHS are combing art, English and History to learn about ancient Rome.
The students, who just completed a project in which they rewrote Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar to bring a modern theme to the ancient story, are now completing relief sculptures of ancient roman art.
Students are hard at work in class carving designs into plaster that depict Ancient Rome.
“It’s about bringing the entire concept
together,” said art teacher Ed Coolidge.
