The final two regularly scheduled information sessions on Tech Valley High School will take place Tuesday and Thursday.

The February 2 sessions will take place at Scotia-Glenville High School, 1 Tartan Way in Scotia. The February 4 session is being held at TVHS, which is located at 9 University Place in East Greenbush.

Both events begin at 6 p.m. and are open to students from the 8th, 9th and 10th grades and their parents.

A make-up information session in Hudson for the session cancelled on January 28 will also take place on February 9 at Hudson Junior High Schools.

Tech Valley High School is open to students in seven Capital Region and mid-Hudson Valley counties, including Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schoharie, Greene and Columbia counties.

The sessions provide an opportunity for students to learn more about TVHS, 21st Century Skills and project-based learning, which is the unique way TVHS prepares students for success in college and the modern workforce.

“These sessions are great opportunities for students interested in TVHS to talk with current students, meet with faculty, and parents can discuss the school with current parents and have all of their questions about enrollment answered. We are thrilled to be able to welcome the class of 2014 and discuss our school with prospective students," said Liebert.
