TVHS freshmen visit RPI fuel cell lab

Freshmen on Thursday visited an RPI fuel cell lab as part of their ongoing research into "green" technologies.
The high schools students saw the various forms of technology implored in the lab and tried their hands at using some of it under the watchful eyes of a a trio of PhD students.
During classes two weeks ago, those same doctoral students visited TVHS to showcase how fuel cells work to harness energy from the sun and water.
The doctoral students will help TVHS students to eventually create videos about the energy future of the country and the need to switch to renewable sources of energy.
