TVHS Remote Until Jan. 19

Dear Tech Valley Community,

As we begin the winter vacation, we would like to extend our warmest wishes to the Tech Valley High School community. We hope the vacation is a time of rest and renewal for all.

Although we had hoped to return to in-person learning on January 4th, we have decided to remain remote until January 19th. This difficult decision was made due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in our region and the anticipated increased risk after the vacation.

Our schedule for the two weeks after vacation will remain the same as it has been. The week of January 4th is an A week.

Although we are physically distant, we remain socially connected. Please reach out to either Ms. Fiess or Ms. Lee if you have specific questions about your student.

We remain committed to make learning engaging and meaningful over the next two weeks of remote learning.  Sarah Fiess, Lorinda Jensis, Laura Lee, Kim Whalen, Scott O’Leary, our entire instructional staff and I will continue to be available to families via email, Zoom, and phone.  The Tech Support Hotline will be available for all students at 518-862-5490.

Sincerely,

Dr. Amy W. Hawrylchak
Tech Valley High School Principal/Chief Academic Officer
