Four Students Earn Associate’s From HVCC

Congratulations to Caileigh, Hurley, Teddy, and Gil for earning their associate’s degree from HVCC this spring! This milestone is a rare achievement for high school students and a testament to their hard work, discipline, and commitment to their education.

Earning an associate’s degree while still in high school requires completing 60 college credits, which these students accomplished through a combination of dual enrollment courses, Advanced Placement (AP) exams, and direct coursework at Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC). Balancing high school responsibilities with the rigor of college-level academics demands not only academic ability, but also time management, maturity, and determination.

This achievement wouldn’t be possible without our strong partnership with Hudson Valley Community College. Through this collaboration, TVHS students have access to meaningful college experiences that help them explore their interests, challenge themselves academically, and graduate with a head start on their future goals.

Congratulations to Teddy, Gil, Hurley, and Caileigh! We can’t wait to see where your paths lead next.
