Parent Activities Committee (PAC)
PAC Meets monthly and plans events to support students and bring our families together. Did you know that just by being a parent or guardian of a Tech Valley student, you’re already a member of PAC? There are no dues to be a member! PAC holds its monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month from 7 PM to 8 PM, typically via Zoom. Our meeting on September 9th will be held both in person at TVHS, and via Zoom.
Stay connected! PAC information is sent out via email from the school, posted on Facebook and also through the Band app. Details are in the Welcome Letter.
We encourage all parents to get involved and participate in PAC activities. Your involvement makes a significant difference in our school community. Whether you can volunteer your time, share your ideas, or simply attend events, every bit of participation helps. Let’s make this school year the best one yet!
Specific Volunteer Opportunities:
Event Planning Committee: Help organize and plan our exciting events like the bonfire, snow tubing, and car show.
Fundraising Team: Assist with organizing and running fundraising activities, including the Car Show fundraiser.
Chili Cook-Off Committee: Volunteer to help at our 1st Chili Cook-Off Contest during the bonfire.
Social Media Coordinator: Manage our Facebook Group and BAND account to keep everyone informed about upcoming events and activities.
Apparel/Swag Store Helpers: Assist with our Wicked Smart School Apparel/Swag coordination.
