A huge round of applause to the incredible cast and crew of Grease, Jr., performed on May 23 and 24 at UAlbany’s Performing Arts Center! The energy, creativity, and talent on display were phenomenal.
What made this production special was that it was entirely student-run. From selecting the show and casting, to designing sets and costumes, to directing and choreography. Every detail was led by the dedicated members of the TVHS Drama EBoard with some direction from their staff advisors Ms. Eisele, Ms. Hsia, and Mr. Irwin. Their leadership, collaboration, and vision brought the 1950s to life in a show full of humor and high notes.
Bravo to everyone involved for your months of hard work and unforgettable performances. You made the story of Grease your own, and the result was something truly magical. Your passion for the arts and commitment to each other remind us what student leadership and creativity can accomplish. We couldn’t be more proud!
